[NXT] Have additional ways to control deletion via the UI for Standard users.

Posting on Behalf of a customer.

To ensure important data does not get deleted (CTAs, Success Plans, Timeline, Person, Relationships) by unauothrized users. It would be nice to have a feature to control data deletion from the UI.

 

Along with this it be nice to have a log of all deletions performed in an org.
