One of my customers would like the option to create a default setting for the Milestones display that you can toggle on/off in some C360 reporting. This customer uses milestones to track quite a few customer lifecycle moments, and showing these in reporting next to support ticket counts, NPS scores, etc. gives great insight into why some data points around a customer might be trending positively or negatively.

The problem is that currently you have to update each report in the C360 to turn this display on, and there is no way to do it by default. This is difficult for the end users to constantly remember to do. Small change but would be greatly helpful!

Hi Carolyn,

How does making this option sticky sound?

If one user turns milestones on once, it will remain on for C 360 pages of all customers.

Yes - if the admin could turn on the Milestones once and it would appear for all customers in the C360 reporting, that would be ideal. Kind of like how we use the 'Show Data Points' toggle in the report builder today.

There is one challenge with the approach you proposed. Milestone option surfaces only when the report is filtered to a company. A report in Report Builder might not be filtered to company, so we do not show milestones button. But when you place that report in C360, its filtered for a company. Hence Admin cannot turn it on or off like 'Show Data Points'.

We are planning to make this sticky for user.

That makes sense. Maybe if we could do it from the C360 Layout section when you are linking the report to the 360?
