We have a number of Success Plan templates in use by our CSMs. However, as Success Plans are getting applied, the Cockpit list of Objective CTAs starts to get repetitive making it harder for a CSM to determine which Success Plan they are working on.
Below is a screenshot I took of the CTAs for one CSM, some of these are for the same account. As you can see, it would be difficult to tell from Cockpit which CTA you need to use for each Plan.
Is there a way to make these more user friendly? I know they could just manually edit each Objective subject but I'm looking to see if there is a way to have that be part of the template.
Could there be a variable value to put in the Subject Line? Like, for instance, the Success Plan Name at the time the Template is applied? Looking for a way to help the end user distinguish various CTAs for Success Plans.

Thanks for sharing this. You could add the Success Plan name to the list view fields in cockpit (so the the name of the plan is visible for all the objectives in the cockpit list view). Also you can group by SP name as well. Would that work for you?

Thank you for the suggestion. I was able to implement this. The Success Plan name appears to be stored under "CTA Group". Is there anyway to change the heading of fields in list view to be more indicative of what they are for?

Unfortunately, its not possible to change the name of the column. Another way might be to create a custom view to only show Objective CTAs & group them by Success Plan name

I think we'd like to have the ability to edit the display name of those fields and also be able to set/deploy custom views to users.

Got it, it makes sense to allow customizing the display lable (since CTAGroup is not very clear & customers might be referring to success plans with differnet names internally)
