A lot of us specialize on a particular product or client, and the outlook plugin provides a cluttered view when many products are assigned to the client or people belong to many clients (as it is the case in Service Providers). Hence, the following “enhancement request”.

• Enhancement Request:
  • A Short summary:
    • Allow the user of the email plugin to set a default product/relationship for filtering or sorting the results.
  • What specifically is being asked for in this request? Focus on the what, not the how.
    • When sending an email to the GS timeline via the plugin, all the relationships (products) that the clients whose emails are referenced has are shown for selecting one of them. It is time consuming, but more importantly distracting,  to try to find the proper relationship when multiple entries that are similar exist.
• Enhancement Details:
  • Details of how the Enhancement should be implemented.
    • In the Outlook plugin allow to select or input a default product and/or relationship that will be used for sorting/prioritizing and/or filtering the results displayed
  • Frequency: How frequent and pervasive is the situation that the proposed solution addresses?
    • Every time we send an email, all relationships for all email recipients appear.
    • It is further cluttered when the same people is assigned to multiple products or even multiple companies if they external service providers.
