Remove Template dependency when creating Success Plan via Rules Engine

Currently, if we make a Success Plan via Rules Engine we must select a Template within the Setup Action step. Without a template selected, we cannot save the Action

This is not marked as a required field (even though it is for the Rule to save) and having a template on a Success Plan is not a requirement, just like having a Playbook on a CTA is not required.

Could we remove the dependency of having to select a Template when creating a Success Plan via the Rules Engine?

Thank you for reporting this. It makes sense to remove the dependency of adding template when creating success plan. But then the success plan will not have any objectives. Could you share your use case.

@Anil Raj Pujari the use case would be situations where a Success Plan is needed but the template would need to be manually added by the CSM. There are situations where we want a Success Plan for a number of accounts but the template needed is not yet identified.
