Report on Rules Engine via Report Builder to then utilize via Dashboards

I’d like the ability to report on rules and rule execution via report builder to then associate that report to a Dashboard as you would any other report.  

Use case for myself would be ongoing visibility into the rules engine from a Dashboard I’ve created for myself to help monitor the activity of our team and ongoing rules.  Also would allow for more flexibility and ability to share outside of our team.
