Is there a way to require that every CTA has a Contact associated to it? We’d like to ensure that all CTAs indicate who the relevant customer is, and with it not being required, it’s commonly missed.

Thanks a lot for sharing this. As of today, you can only mark field as mandatory but not whether a CTA has an “Associated Contact”. One question, is this something that you need for all CTA Type or is there some sub-set of CTA’s where this validation is needed (Eg CTAs of type Risk and reason as Renewal Risk)

It would be nice to select to require it based on the type of CTA, yes. That would allow flexibility. A reason we’d like to require a contact associated is for survey purposes - we like to send a CSAT survey to customers once a CTA has been completed. Without a contact associated, we can’t send the survey.
