I would like to see automated security groups. This would allow admins to create security groups and populate the group using criteria. For example, I would like to create a group for all internal employees. I would like to be able to do a simple automated query to search for everyone with @bizzabo.com as their email and populate a group with just those contacts and then assign them to a role.

Sounds like the use case is for employees specifically, so I’m curious to know a bit more:

  • What permissions do you want to assign to these users?
  • Do you see any use cases other than employees for this idea?

Hi @daniel.boon, some users would be able to access certain features such as posting an article in the knowledge base. We should be able to give certain people the ability to post articles.
