We take meeting minutes in “call” and “meeting” type activities in the timeline. We add the external attendees and internal attendees from person records.
In addition to that we have to @ mention someone to send them a copy of the meeting minutes.
If we can auto populate the external attendees and internal attendees by default with @ mention in the meeting notes -
- It is easier to add/remove members from @ mention list
- By default all participants will get a copy of the notes.
