I was chatting with a customer and we found an enhancement request that I think could benefit all orgs. 



In the cockpit tab the customer has made a CTA view for specifics columns and data and they would like all of their CSMs to be able to use this view. 



The ask is to make the global views either editable and/or allow custom views to be shared/copied to other users. 



For instance lets say I want 100 CSMs to have this view, I would need them all to recreate it as the product sits and that could cause discrepancies in the data viewed they are viewing if they are setup wrong.

We have a big use case for this as part of our Risk Mitigation, where we would create a view for each Regional leader and share it with them.

This might depend on how those regional leaders would be consuming the information. For example, would they actually be assigned tasks in the CTA that they would need to close out and take notes on? Or would they more likely need visibility into what open risks existed so they could direct the activities of their team?



If it's the latter goal of having visibility and then using that list of customers in the Risk Mitigation process, then a shared reporting dashboard might be more in line with what you'd want to look at, as this could be configured not only to show customers with open Risk CTAs, but also other filtered and grouped by other metrics, like breakdown by CSM, region, product type, etc. Additionally you could include in that dashboard other data points like recent survey responses, number of open tickets, most recent Timeline activity entry, etc.

Good idea, Shared Reporting might work. But we were going to have them open a Cockpit View to run their Risk Mitigation Calls, and to check the status of Risk Mitigation CTAs that the CSMs own.



Lemme chat with our CSM about this to make sure we're thinking through all scenarios.
