Example : I have a report in my C360 for support cases and I want it to sort by case number ascending not descending.



Customer's ask: Sort the records in a report in C360 in an ascending order.



Currently, user has to manually adjust the columns in ascending/descending order as wanted.

Currently we do not persist sort order in reporting. Ranking on the other hand is persisted and can solve this usecase. Can you check if Ranking solves the customer's problem?



Ranking gives you the opportunity to sort ascending or descending as per the customer's requriement.
