Now that you can generate Success Plans via the Rules Engine, we're using that functionality to add Success Plans for our CSMs as a Draft, and then, asking them to customize and make it active. Currently, I don't think there's a way to tell the difference between when a plan was created versus when it was made active. It would great to have this so that we could report off of how long it's taking our teams to complete the building of the plan and make it active.

It would also be good to be able to see when a plan moved from Active to Closed as well.

This is available now. We have added 'Active Date' and 'Closed Date' in CTA Group object and these fields will capture dates on which plan was activated and closed respectively.
