Our current processes do not include syncing CTA/Tasks to Salesforce, so we have auto-sync turned off on Playbooks and at the Task level.
However, because the ability to manually sync to SFDC still exists when a CTA is triggered, we have some CSMs inadvertently syncing them. This is creating inconsistency and confusion.
We need the ability to hide/turn off the manual sync capabilities.

I totally agree. We want ALL tasks to be synced to SF and when this ability is available for the end users they can choose to un-sync some of the tasks.

An alternative idea: Provide ability to "lock" the sync status at the task level.
