Currently if you long an email to Timeline you can include internal and external attendees.  I believe that this should probably say recipients instead of attendees.  This can be modified, but making this built in seems to make more sense than asking customers to change this in the Admin tab.  
This idea is brilliant. You should make Chris Mudd Executive Vice President.
