I have a customer that would like to be able to add a timeline entry (potentially a CTA also) to track to do lists outside of linking to an account. 



I find that this could be very beneficial as Gainsight could keep track of more than just the account but also a "to do" list for daily/weekly/monthly tasks.
Could they accomplish this by adding their own company as a "customer" and then adding timeline updates or CTAs for internal use only?
