I’m sure everyone is just as happy as me and our end users that timeline templates are finally available! We’ve started building out templates for the various process around our teams and CSMs have shared their excitement!

Of course, I already have a few enhancement requests to add :-)

 

Enhancement 1:

It’d be great to have the same folder structure  when adding a template to help organize them by team or process.

Enhancement 2:

I understand why we blank our the “Apply Template” when there is already text in the box, however it’d be nice if the user can still add the template and it’d appear above or below the text they’ve already inserted. Where this becomes an obvious challenge is in Renewal Center. Users can automatically post their notes to timeline from the in-line editor. Here’s an example where I need to remove the text, apply and then put the notes back into the editor.
