It seems that there is a field on the Playbook object called "Used Count" that was part of a planned feature that was never fully implemented.
A customer brought this field up to me and we have discovered that it is completely unused as of right now, however we definitely see the usability of what we believe this field should have been.
One piece of feedback that the customer provided would be to review if they were 'used' as part of an automated CTA vs. a manually created one. That would help determine if some are valuable for the team even when they aren't based off of a trigger.
My question here is, is this field/feature set for completion in any future releases? And if not, can we get it back on the drawing board?
