We are trying to streamline our user management across various systems including Gainsight and have structured this process so that user management for all systems routes through one user (with a backup). I attempted to create a dedicated ‘User Management’ permission bundle giving access to these responsibilities to that user however discovered that to add users you MUST be a superadmin. IMO these are two very different roles and we open up a lot of risk within our instance by giving someone who is not a trained admin superadmin capabilities just so they can add users to the system.

Please allow us to permission adding users to those outside of the superadmin role. Thank you!
