When scheduling a call from the Customer’s Timeline (Adding an Activity) it would be great if this was integrated with WebEx so that we could schedule Bridge Line & WebEx details from one place.
Hi Pramitha, this is an interesting use case. We have recommended using Timeline to record events as they happen or after they happen, but it sounds like you're using Timeline to log activities in the future to schedule them, is that right? Can you share a little more about the process around that decision and what your teams find useful about this approach? Also, do they create a separate activity entry when the event happens or do they go back to edit the activity entry that was created when the event was planned?
sort of bouncing off your webex integration idea, I would like webex meeting data to be automatically injected into timeline and auto-associate to the appropriate account. If it can't find an account it goes into drafts for manual sorting.
