I’m currently transferring our Salesforce Knowledge Base to the DH platform.

This means we directly pushed around 200 articles to the new platform. In our use case, we wanted to first save all these articles first as drafts, before we actually publish them, to really make sure that content, styling and tags are all up to date.

With this, what I would have liked, is that I would have been able to already add moderation labels / tags to the articles, so we can easily track the progress of all our efforts.

Unfortunately, this is currently only possible when an article is already published. Which in our case of this big transfer doesn’t really make sense.

I think for future customers who are going to transfer their help center at once, this can make a big difference as well.
