Wrike tasks triggering Milestones

Our Pro Serv & Training Teams use Wrike, not linked to SFDC. I'd like status changes of completed in Wrike for some key tasks (such as training/services scoped, training services delivered) to be added to Gainsight as milestones. Has anyone achieved this successfully?

Hi Adam, Gainsight has not handled an integration with Wrike to my knowledge but I would be curious if others in the Community have.

In general, here's what we advise for 3rd party integrations.

Prerequisites:
a.  You need to be able to tie the activity within your community to the SFDC Account - that can be through a user ID or customer ID that maps to the SFDC Contact or Account respectively.

Options for Integration
1.  Leverage a SFDC connector that updates SFDC objects if there's one that's available.
2.  Set up new subject area and load data via our REST API.  This would allow you to generate CTAs, use in Copilot, reporting and C360 views for this info (dependent on pre-reqs)
3.  Use our S3 Connector: allows you to post a CSV and schedule uploads.

Generally, would recommend looking at #1 or #2 as the most scalable approaches.
