  1. We use CS Rules to push important CS Company/Person attributes and data to PX Accounts/Users attributes for use in in-app Engagement/Survey targeting and for slicing/dicing PX Analytics through filters.
  2. We use our CRM (Salesforce) to trigger in-app Engagements for users based on their current Account and Contact lifecycle/status.
  3. WeĀ use custom CS reports and CS Data Designer to transform PX users, accounts, and usage data into actionable insights to show in the CS C360/R360 views.Ā Ā
