Solved vs open questions?

With the new dashboards, so far I’m not seeing any filter options for Question topic types that have received (or not received) a Best Answer. Am I missing it, or does this not exist?

It would be great for case deflection metrics to be able to delineate between Solved and Open questions, and see data on each by number of views, etc.—similar to what is available with Content Helpfulness.

Thanks for the feedback.

You aren't missing anything; that specific filter currently doesn't exist within the Content Dashboards, as our answer-related metrics are currently centralized in the Q&A Dashboards. I’d love for you to submit this as a formal Idea in our community with more details on your specific use case; if it gains traction and votes from other members, we'll look into adding it to our roadmap.
