Hi GainsightCE community! We’re working on a new badge system/gamification strategy for our internal teams. I’m curious - how do you use badges in GainsightCE?

Hi there! Also curious to hear the experience from the community.

In our case, we tried integrating the Accredible badge wallet at the end of each lesson using LT1 lessons but keep in mind that if you use a custom template, some UI would "break", so it needs some adjustments and tweaks on the global code.

We're also figuring out how to show the completion bar at 100% because somehow, the LT1 course will not be marked as completed even as an optional lesson.
