Hello, two questions I’m hoping for help with:

 

  1. I’m trying to set up this integration with Gainsight PX, and it mentions adding these code snippets after navigating to the “Custom CSS tab within Northpass”.  I don’t see a tab like that. I’m the admin for our site, but could this be a permissions issue? https://support.gainsight.com/ce/Integrations_and_Add-ons/Integrations/Gainsight_PX

 

  1. Also in the above link, it says “Please note that you must update the GAINSIGHT-PX-TAG-PRODUCT placeholder with your Gainsight PX product key” . We have multiple product keys within PX, is there a way to add multiple product keys? It’s unclear.

 

 

Regarding question #2 about the PX Tag Keys: you’ll only ever deploy a single PX tag key in any given environment.

Each product or codebase that you want to track in PX will have its own Tag Key to keep those usage data streams distinct from one another. So if, for example, you want to track Lever and Jobvite in PX, the PX tags deployed to the those web apps would use separate/different Tag Keys to keep those 2 streams of usage data distinct.

Any other PX implementations (like CC or CE) should use their own distinct tag keys for the same reason.

That Custom CSS tab is hidden from all customers. Only support or PS can access that tab. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

We’ve flagged our internal docs team to update the doc and instructing clients to reach out to Support to add their PX Tag to the CE moving forward.
