Hi,

The Education (Northpass) link on our community currently leads to a blank page for users, and it looks like the Northpass admin back-end is down for me as well. The CE status page wasn’t showing anything wrong as of a few minutes ago, so was hoping it’s not just our site?

Yes - both the platform and back-end are down for us as well.  The status page is now updated


This is what we see when trying to login as admins. Several of us have submitted tickets to support.

 


Status page says a fix has been implemented, but we are still down


Ours is working again (the back-end is working as well) but the landing page/courses/activities are all loading very slowly.


Looks like ours is finally back up
