Embed Media lets you embed resources hosted on other platforms (videos, audio, images, prototypes, forms, and more) directly inside your content.

Add media to your content

  1. Copy the shareable link or embed code from the source you want to embed
  2. Click the Embed Media icon in the editor
  3. Paste the link or embed code
  4. Click Insert

For most supported platforms a plain public URL is enough. You do not always need the platform's full embed snippet.

Supported platforms

You can embed content from the following platforms:

Video and screen recording

  • YouTube
  • Vimeo
  • Dailymotion
  • Brightcove
  • Vidyard
  • Wistia
  • Loom
  • VideoAsk
  • Tella
  • Parmonic
  • Blue Billywig
  • PingVP

Audio

  • Spotify
  • SoundCloud
  • Deezer

Design, prototypes, and interactive demos

  • Figma
  • Canva
  • CodePen
  • JSFiddle
  • Arcade
  • Storylane
  • iorad
  • Parta

Forms and surveys

  • Typeform
  • Tally

Images and GIFs

  • Giphy
  • Tenor

Social

  • X (formerly Twitter)

Documents

  • Scribd
  • WordPress.tv

Notes

  • If a platform is not in this list, its content cannot be embedded, even if that platform supports embedding elsewhere.
  • If an embed does not render, confirm the source content is public and that you are using a direct link to the item (not a search or profile page).

Just checking is this embed feature still working? I am embedding an iframe html from Brightcove, using “embed media” however, I get “url not recognized” It seems to require a URL vs an iFrame. Let me know. thanks also @olimarrio

Hi @Thomas Deely 👋,

Yes this feature should still be working. When embedding supported media into the text editor, you only need the URL.

So in your case something like https://players.vidyard.net/{id}

If you wanted to add this video to a custom HTML widget, rather than the text editor in a topic or reply, you would then need to include the HTML and use an iframe to embed this.

@Thomas Deely can you please let me know what steps you are taking to embed this video into a topic / reply? I was able to embed the video with the link you provided.

Hi Ollie, it was pasting the url into the article in draft mode. I just tried now and it’s working now…! I will reach out if this happens again. thanks

Quick update (as of June 9, 2026): I went through this document and updated with the latest embed support. Removed old services and added new ones that we’ve added support for. Please continue to give us suggestions by creating an idea (best method) or by commenting here.
