契約レコードの同期方法について相談です。
現在Salesforceでは、①契約オブジェクトと②CSが管理する顧客のオンボーディング情報を持つオブジェクトが分かれて存在しています。
②をgainsightのリレーションシップに同期しようとしているのですが、①の契約オブジェクトはどこに同期するのが良い等ベストプラクティスはあるでしょうか？カスタムで作るべきか、標準でふさわしいのがあればそちらに同期しようと考えています
