One of our community members has reported this error when she adds a photo in her reply to a thread.

Couldn’t communicate with a helper application
Has anyone else seen this before?

This appears to be a iPhone/iPad issue, related to where on the device the photos are stored. (Translation: Apple doesn’t like Dropbox much 
)
