Is there no way I can Delete my post if I want to as an everyday user? 
Topics or even the following comments I submit?
Can’t spot the delete option anywhere??
Btw, the above screenshot is just an illustration, and I don't intend to delete

Unfortunately there isn’t a way to delete a post from the front end. You can go into the control environment and trash the topic from there! You can see a little more info on deleting a topic/post from the article below:

What you point to is a technical moderator step, not a user experience I recall using any other platform?
