Hey @DannyPancratz, thanks for your post. The release notes for Customer Communities were only recently created, starting from Q4 2023. Therefore, they weren't broadly announced. We are currently discussing with internal teams the scheduling of regular release announcements in the community, with the release notes linked, whenever the latest CC release is deployed.
