Can I use Google Analytics to get an overall picture of clicks to x from the forum domain?

If we plug our Facebook and Twitter channels on topics, for customer support, is there a way to track the CTR and traffic to these channels from the forum?

 

What about a mention of an email address?

I think you can create goals in GA for this.

But personally I’d use Bit.ly to start off. Much easier to set up!

    Thanks Marc, yep it looks like it won’t be possible to track CTR for existing links, but I’ve made new ones via Bit.ly so we can track moving forwards. :relaxed:
