If we plug our Facebook and Twitter channels on topics, for customer support, is there a way to track the CTR and traffic to these channels from the forum?

I think you can create goals in GA for this.
But personally I’d use Bit.ly to start off. Much easier to set up!
Thanks Marc, yep it looks like it won’t be possible to track CTR for existing links, but I’ve made new ones via Bit.ly so we can track moving forwards.
