Community Visitors

Does anyone have a solution for identifying who the visitors to the community are?

      Hi ​@L.L - If you can connect to the data lake we’re storing the activities of members down to the page view level there (awesome to be able to report on which members viewed which topics).  Also, if you happen to also have Gainsight CS, that data is also available when reporting within CS as part of the CC-CS integration, which populates data objects in CS.

        ​@Kenneth R So I would need to create an integration to Power BI or Tableau  to get this info, right?

        ​@L.L Yes currently you’d need a BI tool or be able to report within Gainsight CS.
