We are inviting user into a group and see this “Custom Message” when editing the email. We would like to add a custom message to these emails. But how do we do that? Where is the {custom_message} pulling the content from?

This is oddly worded but this information is pulled from when you send the invite. For example when you send invites from contacts you will get this pop up. The “Invite message” section is the custom message that it is referring to.
Same goes for invites for groups - this custom message section below is the section {custom_message} is referring to.
