Hi Team,

Is there an option to create a custom page of pop up window kind of an option to input (Optional information) on why an Admin/Moderator is erasing or disapproving an user who has tried to register to a our community.

If we can create it how? and will this information be stored in the meta data.

Hi @Vikas - I’m not entirely sure I understand the use case.  In the scenario you describe, do you have ‘registration approvals’ enabled so that moderators have to approve every registration?  Or are you just thinking of cases where a moderator decides to ban a user?  If you want the moderator to add a note to a member profile when taking an action like this, one option could be to create a profile field that’s visible only to moderators.  It wouldn’t ‘pop-up’ but would be available for the moderator to fill-in and add a note.

Hi @Kenneth R Yes we have a process set where moderators have to approve every registration that is coming into the community (If we have a bulk approval option it would be best though) reason for this being that the community is open to only our customers.

If moderator decides to ban a specific user at the user overview page, how can we set up the “create a profile field” that you suggested so that he/she gives or selects a valid reason for banning or erasing a specific user.

Thanks in Advance

@Vikas In the Community Control pages, under Settings → User Profile Fields, you can set up additional fields to the User Profile. You can choose to make those hidden (like the Logo field in the screenshot below), so it’s only visible to moderators. When adding a field, you can choose to make it a text, list or dropdown field, based on your specific use case and preferences.
