Frequent error messages when loading pages + Temporary outage?

Over the past little while we've seen intermittent error messages when loading pages within our inSided community. As of about 30-60 mins. ago, this is all we're seeing (assuming related to the U.S. outage message received not long ago?)

Can someone provide any info. related to this and an ETR for when we can expect this to be fixed (both the current outage issue, as well as the ongoing errors we see?)

Hi Ranjan,

You're correct, as mentioned on the status page there was an issue for all US clients. Basically, we were having issues with a part of our core US infrastructure and so to solve this issue, we've had to upgrade our database server which was underperforming. This has been completed, so we expect all problems will now be solved, but if you see further error pages then let us know!

Thanks for the update.
We're based on Canada, but assuming the same US issue would be impacting us as well.

I'll keep an eye out and ask our moderators to continue sharing any messages they receive - should the continue to do so.
