Home overview shows no results while they are there

Yeah I have been told via the ticket that it is an API issue:

It appears the api call is not connecting to the service that provides this pending information.

The team just ran a test by reporting a reply in your community and can see the widget successfully loaded the reported reply. Widgets may be showing the All done messaging as there's nothing to show - but if you’re still experiencing this issue, I’d recommend opening a ticket with Support.

I have a small similar issue again ​@samanthahamlet  my content overview is showing data… but my user overview is not showing anything while we did have new registrants yesterday that I know of for sure and usually they show there as well….

I see their testing, thanks for the quick help. It seems that the overview is working now, but for us also the recap was empty - which to my understanding should not happen?

Ours seems to be generally working again, but some of the widgets (including Recap) are slow to update, and some update inconsistently or incorrectly.

I have my Control Home open in two tabs right now, and have refreshed both. On one, the Content Moderation shows empty; the other shows a number of trashed items. This continues, even if I refresh the page or the widget.

Similarly, one Content Overview widget is empty, another shows 11 unread (which is correct). 

I’ll follow up to my ticket with this info as well, but wanted to post here for others.

Thanks for the updates on this ​@atwhite ​@Suvi Lehtovaara - I have flagged the slow loading and empty widgets with the team now, and will keep you updated as soon as I know more.

@Sanne van Opstal-Brakel The team have just tested User Overview by registering and requesting to join a new group on your community, and can see the widget loaded. Is this loading for you now? ​
