Hi! Can anyone tell me how to sort posts in the control environment's Forum Overview by "Last active"?

As is, the default sorting seems to be based on number of replies, even when I've removed "Status" and "Replies" from the columns I choose to display.

I can manually sort by clicking the "Last active" header, but I would prefer to see the most recently active posts automatically when I sign in.

Thanks!

P.S. As a follow-up, each time I leave the Forum Overview to edit a post, I have to re-sort the posts manually by 'last active' when I return to the Forum Overview.
Hi,

the hierachy of topics in the Forum overview is actually designed to show topics based on latest activity per default. However, as we want to make sure that you are always aware of new content that needs to be checked by a Moderator, this list will automatically try to highligh new content.

If there are new topics then these will be located on top, followed by new comments:

  1. New topics, amount of unread comments, last activity

  2. Amount of unread comments, last activity

  3. Last activity

At the moment there is no real way to disable this automatically. I'd also expect the platform to remember this though, so rest assured I will share your feedback with the team so that this is being looked at.

What's positive is that you can work around this limitation by saving the following url as a bookmark: https://Your_control_url.com/moderation/overview?type=&sort=lastpost

By clicking on this you will always be able to jump to your preferred view. I think we can still optimize this, but at least the bookmark-solution should already save you a few clicks per day.

Cheers,

Julian
Thanks so much for the quick and detailed response, Julian. I've bookmarked that URL.
