Hey,

I see that the Gainsight community and a couple of other communities have this advanced filtering widget on the left hand side, but our platform doesn't.

Is this something that needs activating in the admin side?

They’re rolling out the revamped experience as an open beta throughout april and may, I believe.

You’d need to opt-in to the Beta via control.

But eventually what you see here on the GS community will be the new search UX.

@jvdc, I just checked my community to see if the advanced filtering widget is available. At first, I thought it wasn't there, but it actually is. However, it is not as well-defined as the one in Gainsight; it only becomes visible if I scroll down midway through the page, which seems to be an error. I will be submitting a support ticket for this issue.

Could you share what your widget looks like, or confirm if it is missing entirely?

Hey @Laurenseife thanks for checking, it is missing completely for us. I just have some filtering options at the top of the page:

Note: There’s an old version of the “new” UX in the Beta unless they’ve rolled out the actual new version to your community. So if you opt-in to the Beta, it may not look the same as what you see here. But it will eventually.

Actually, these filtering options show up once I select items from the top bar “Question” “Conversation” “Events”, but not on “All Results”
