These sessions are designed for customers who engage with Gainsight through shared and digital-first Customer Success resources. If you have a designated CSM, it’s always best to continue working directly with them for more personalized, in-depth support.
What are these Office Hours good for?
These sessions are a great way to:

Connect live with a Gainsight Community CSM

Ask questions around best practices, engagement strategies, setup, and real-world use cases

Learn from other Community users and see how they’re approaching similar challenges

Get quick, actionable guidance — no 1:1 meeting required

Frequency: Once per week

Schedule: Wednesdays at 11 AM EST

Format: Open Q&A with a Gainsight Community CSM and fellow Community users

Who should attend: Customers looking to maximize the impact of their Customer Community. If you’re not sure where to start or need general guidance, you can reach out to customersuccess@gainsight.com as needed.
