I caught up with Jeni, Ditte and Manda, and in that conversation Jeni proposed a community managers zoom call to catch up and hear what we are all up too.

Set it up!

Did I trigger something, @juan.delrio?!? 😀 Thanks for getting this out there! In summary from our call...I STRONGLY believe that any Community software solution should be connecting their community. It sounds simple, but none of them do it.

And no, the forum doesn’t count.

In order to truly get to know each other as humans, and build the relationships that are necessary for fostering truthful and trusted idea sharing, we have to be on a call or in person.

Since Pulse doesn’t happen every month, I would hope Gainsight would host a monthly call for community managers.

I’ve done this for my own community for nearly 6+ years (every month), and it’s always a success.

Friends at Gainsight...if you need ideas around how to run one of these calls, I’m happy to share what’s worked for me. But please, get us together. Many thanks.
