The team’s looking into it and i’ll let you know here once i get an update that it’s fixed.

I’d also suggest a work around by clearing the cookies - that should ideally help for the time being.

We get this now also. Not every user, luckily, but this appears in our community as well. We get this just by arriving to the community.

I have exactly the same problem / error message - as admin.
But only in Edge. In Firefox, it works
(cleared the cache in Edge, but still: problem)

Yep, some of the browsers works and some doesnt. Chrome is the most common non_working browser.

Please horry with this fix:

Note 1: This appears just when arriving to the community. Not with every user, not with every browser.

Note 2: We cant assume that average/normal user realises to delete the cookies to access to the community, he/she continues to the other sites.

We’re also experiencing this. Clearing cache and cookies has helped, but as @revote mentioned, the average visitor may not try that. Any update on when this will be fixed?

I assume that my original question, “moderators are forwarded to the 403 view”, is still open?

Do you know if this happens from a particular page when your moderators are clicking ‘Control’? I would advise raising a ticket with our Support team so they can diagnose this one.
