Navigating via a URL shows the post was created just now and 0 likes unless refreshed (Replies and views are displayed fine)

Shown as just now when it was actually 4 months ago

Appears as if 0 likes although has many likes to the topic

Is this an identified bug and how to resolve this?

Yasas,

I’m here to help! 🙂 I’ve tried recreating this in your community. I selected an article, placed the URL in a word document, and clicked the hyperlink. When the page loads, the post date seems correct and the likes are showing. Can you help me understand if this is only occurring in a specific area of the community, and/or link me directly to a post?

Hi @Jeanie Lee,
Thank you for looking into this. I was again able to recreate this and let me summarize steps as below.
1. Close all insided + browsers completely
2. Take a URL (example:https://community.ifs.com/topic/show/ft/customer-service-and-success/tt/what-is-the-ifs-customer-remote-access-security-policy/fid/123/tid/6764) and paste it in a 1st time opened browser or use the hyperlink received via an email.
3. You shall observe that it shows ‘just now’
Thanks !

Hi Yasas,

Thank you for these instructions. I was not able to recreate this on my end. I sent myself an email of the link, opened a fresh browser, and the link appears to be updating appropriately on my end. I feel like this should be sent to support, so I’ve created a ticket. A support team member should be in touch soon.

Thank you @Jeanie Lee, I still experience this hence appreciate support looking into this.

Hi, This is still not solved, I experience the issue still, could you please look in?
