Why can’t members of Gainsight platform forums change their login email address?

 

Is it a security decision?

 

Do admins changes these on request? 

Hi @timcavey,

yes, we change them on request. They have to email us, and we shortly communicate via mail address to tell them that it got changed. 

We assume we are loosing members, as some aren’t aware and switch company and then don’t have access anymore if they forgot to switch it to their private account in the meantime. I am sure there must be an idea on this, unfortunately I couldn’t find it in the new Community. 😬
