Hi ​@kristineo - apologies for the late reply here.  There is no self-service way for a member to retrieve all of their data from a community.  The member would need to reach out to the community team who can use an API endpoint to collect it.  

​@Kenneth R also apologies for the delayed response here! Could you confirm which API endpoints we’d be looking at? Have someone on my team helping out with this and want to help provide that info. 

Hi ​@kristineo - I did a bit more digging and to clarify my earlier response, it’s technically possible to do this via API but the best path is actually to contact Gainsight Support in these cases as they have a single query that they can run to gather all personal data from a member in one go.  So that’s what we would recommend as the lowest-effort process to follow.
