Hi dear colleagues,

How do you analyze sentiment in your community? And also do deeper topic/theme analysis to identify trending themes in the community?

I’m trying to understand if the only way is to involve data engineers or maybe there’s already a nice tool for this. I know Orbit could do this, but it’s no longer available after acquisition.

I dont want to tell more but AI analyses our community discussions. It analyses for example sentiment, categorises content, pick up ideas and feedbacks and so on 😊

Gainsight doesn´t have at the moment tool here. They have only tool what creates recaps about the topics you havent read. I dont know their roadmap, what they will offer in the future.

Hey @revote,

I’m working on a similar use case at my org. We’ve got a vast number of conversation threads with hidden gems of customer feedback that our teams could really benefit from.

However, when I try extracting insights, AI tools tend to analyze only the topic titles — not the actual post content. I’m looking for a way to surface direct quotes from customers, in their original words.

I’ve tried using ChatGPT and Grok, but haven't quite cracked it.

Just chiming in to say that I’m also interested in this! One use case for us that hasn’t been mentioned here yet is this type of “sentiment summary” for other customer-facing teams like sales and CS who are interested in the overall state of an account. I’ve heard before from these stakeholders that it would be useful to understand general feelings at a glace without necessarily having to read lengthy threads and analyze themselves.
