Is anyone successfully using Qualtrics surveys in their community to collect feedback from community members? Qualtrics is the survey tool my company uses and I’m exploring how to incorporate some sort of NPS/CSAT survey into the site that would automatically pop-up for every Nth user. I’ve seen discussions about exit surveys in the community but haven’t found any mention of Qualtrics.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @adam.ballhaussen,

we have just started the implementation of Qualtrics in our Community, as we measure the same KPIs (also NPS) with Qualtrics on our different channels.
You are welcome to visit: community.personio.com

What exactly are you interested in?

I wasn’t involved on a too technical level so far, but it is working and the first feedback was good. :)

Best,
Lena

@Lena H. danke sehr!

Our first objective would be to embed a survey experience into our community (which it looks like you’ve done in Personia via the Give Feedback panel on the right side of the page. We’d also like to build a way to prompt a user to leave feedback via a pop-up after N number of visits or N number of activities. It looks like you might be doing that on your community as well (see second screenshot). Do you know when/how that prompt is displaying to your users?

I appreciate the help! And nice community btw :)

Hi @adam.ballhaussen,

It’s my pleasure and thank you!
I have to admit, I am not sure how the rhythm is setup but can checkin with my colleague who has implemented this project for us. :)

Cheers,
Lena

Hi @adam.ballhaussen,
I’m @Lena H.’s teammate!

The popup pops up after 120 seconds spent on the Community :)
And we only show it one single time to each user. We a
void repetition based on cookie.

Best,
Daniele

@Lena H. @Daniele Cmty you both are rockstars. Thanks for the info!

I might follow up here or via DM in the future if we have any additional questions while we pursue doing the same in our community. I hope you don’t mind 🙂

Hey @adam.ballhaussen, of course, feel free to get in touch! :)
