I have a number of ranks that trigger an outbound private message. Is there a way to see:

  • If those messages have gone out
  • If they were opened/read by the user they were sent to

 

Hi Scott, 

The product does not currently show if a message has been read. You should see ranking messages that were sent in your private messages. 


Thanks @Jeanie Lee I’m not seeing them sent in my private messages.

Each of these have community folks in the rank, none have been sent via my username as a private message.

Thanks, Scott. I was waiting on an answer from our Dev team to see if this was a potential bug.
