I have a number of ranks that trigger an outbound private message. Is there a way to see:
- If those messages have gone out
- If they were opened/read by the user they were sent to

Hi Scott,
The product does not currently show if a message has been read. You should see ranking messages that were sent in your private messages.

Each of these have community folks in the rank, none have been sent via my username as a private message.
