On September 30, we hosted our second Community Product Webinar, “What’s New in Community: AI, Personalization & Structural Upgrades.” During this session, the Community Product team (Deepan, Larry, Sudhansu, and Graeme) shared recent releases and upcoming enhancements, including personalization, our new AI Moderation Agent, and updates to groups and permissions.

Key Highlights

Personalization

Sudhansu showcased new personalization options that help you deliver the right content to the right audience through simple admin controls. You can now tailor experiences for partners, super users, and new customers. Common use cases for personalization listed below:

Extended Content Types in Categories

Larry introduced the new three-level hierarchy, improved navigation for complex product structures, and unified categories that bring together questions, discussions, articles, ideas, and product updates.

Group Moderator Role

Deepan presented the new group moderator role. It gives community members moderator permissions and a redesigned group overview so they can manage users and content directly, without requiring admin access or consuming an admin seat.

AI Moderation Agent

Graeme concluded with a demo of our AI-powered Moderation Agent, which reviews and classifies posts in real time, enforces rules aligned with your Code of Conduct, and boosts productivity while keeping your community safe.

We want to thank everyone who joined us live and contributed through chat, Q&A, and polls. If you have further questions or feedback, please share them in the comments below.

Thank you for the updates here! The AI moderation bot has been a VERY nice addition to our community instance.

Hi! I’m not able to view the media in this post, is it possible to share it via email? Would love to catch up on this webinar!

Hi @Graeme Rycyk

Could you please fix the media display issue? I would love to catch up as well, thank you. :)

Hey @juliaw and @Grzegorz Byrski,

Thanks for flagging, we are on it, will be visible soon.

In the mean time here is the link: https://vimeo.com/1123524234/482e27a8b4

Cheers,

Graeme

Thanks @Graeme Rycyk! The User Groups Moderator role looks exactly like what we’re looking for. How can we become beta testers for this feature?

Hey @juliaw,

I will pass this to @deepan to give you a better answer.

All the best,

Graeme

Hi @deepan - I would beta test the group moderator as well. That’s one of our biggest issues with groups is that our leaders are all external. Thank you!

Hi @Graeme Rycyk, thank you. When can we expect to be contacted regarding this topic? This really looks promising.
